Position Overview
The Field Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure project goals are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role is crucial for managing the workflow and coordination among various teams involved in the glazing and enclosure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site and manage the work of subcontractors and laborers.
- Ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to align on project specifications and deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports to communicate status to stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project requirements.
- Resolve any on-site issues that may arise and make decisions to keep the project on track.
- Manage materials and inventory to ensure adequate supply for ongoing projects.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in the construction industry, preferably in glazing and enclosure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Familiarity with Windows, Glass, Glazing, and Wall systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.

Salary : $75,000 - $115,000
