Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily field operations and manage the construction team
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to align project goals
- Oversee scheduling of work and resource allocation
- Maintain quality control throughout the construction process
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues
- Prepare technical documentation and reports for project stakeholders
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and subcontractors
- Lead problem-solving efforts to address construction challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Field Superintendent or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting
- Experience with budgeting and resource allocation

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
