Key Responsibilities
- Manage the finance team and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting principles.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including tax obligations.
- Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Work with external auditors during financial audits and manage the audit process.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Dynamics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in financial reporting and compliance frameworks.
