Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical teams on-site.
- Create and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct safety management practices to ensure a secure working environment.
- Perform quality control checks on electrical installations and systems.
- Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures to align with financial goals.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors to ensure mutual agreement and compliance.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve project objectives and maintain high morale.
- Oversee site management activities, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement mitigation strategies.
- Resolve any problems that arise during the project lifecycle promptly and effectively.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Utilize technical knowledge in construction to guide the team and solve complex challenges.
- Perform inspections and generate reports on project status and compliance.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
- Demonstrated experience in project scheduling and budget management.
- Excellent safety management skills and a commitment to promoting a safe work environment.
- Experience with quality control processes and methods in electrical work.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and compliance processes.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Technical knowledge in construction practices and regulations.
- Ability to allocate resources efficiently and conduct thorough inspections.
