Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities and manage a team of workers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on the job site.
- Monitor project progress and report on status to management and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Manage materials and equipment on site, ensuring proper usage and maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in construction management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, underground construction, and concrete work.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Salary : $62,400 - $72,800
