Job Summary
This is a full-time position for a senior civil engineer to work in our civil engineering department at our award-winning facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop full site plan designs and associated report preparation
- Manage and facilitate the approval process with various municipal, county, and state agencies
- Communicate with land use attorneys, clients, and engineering review teams
- Mentor and teach younger civil engineers on site plan design and approval process
- Ability to work with AutoCAD and HydroCAD software
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience as a design engineer with land development civil site plans and drainage designs
- Ability to manage and facilitate the approval process with various municipal, county, and state agencies
- Strong skills and experience with drainage/hydrology design, including AutoCAD and HydroCAD software
- Experience testifying before planning boards/zoning boards of adjustment
