Regional Superintendent

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Superintendent to oversee construction projects across various sectors, including healthcare, education, and commercial facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing the teams and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise multiple construction projects in a defined region, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and best practices in construction management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a superintendent role, with a focus on data centers, healthcare facilities, and schools.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
