Position Overview

The Senior Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves collaborating with various teams, managing resources, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, particularly in the areas of data centers and industrial construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction projects from ground up, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and execution of construction plans.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to site staff and subcontractors, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets, to keep all stakeholders informed.
• Implement best practices in construction management, particularly for mission critical environments such as data centers, manufacturing, and warehouse facilities.
• Travel to different job sites as needed, ensuring consistent project oversight and support across various locations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on ground up and mission critical projects.
• Proven experience in managing data center, industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and cold storage construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and client relationships.
• Ability to travel as required for project oversight and management.
