Global Head of Information Technology

Position Overview

The Global Head of Information Technology will oversee the IT strategy and implementation across the organization, ensuring that technology supports the operational and strategic goals of the company. This role involves managing IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and software development while optimizing supply chain operations and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage IT infrastructure and ensure optimal performance and security of systems.
• Oversee ERP implementations and enhancements to support manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Lead software development initiatives to deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and drive innovation.
• Ensure high availability and scalability of IT services to meet business demands.
• Monitor and manage IT budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Implement and enforce IT governance frameworks and best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and software development lifecycles.
• Demonstrated experience in IT governance, applications, and networks.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Experience with deployment of manufacturing execution systems and ensuring high availability.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and data protection regulations.
• Strong budget management skills and experience in financial planning for IT projects.
