Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Network Manager to oversee and manage our organization's networking infrastructure on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network design, implementation, and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and security for our manufacturing operations. You will be managing a global team of Network Engineers (some with CCIE) and be hands-on along side the team as well as the strategic advisor/architect.
Must come from a manufacturing company with multiple plant sites.

You will be managing a global team of Network Engineers (some with CCIE) and be hands-on along side the team as well as the strategic advisor/architect.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of strong network engineers, providing guidance and support for network-related projects and initiatives while contributing as a hands-on team member right alongside them.
- Manage and optimize the organization's WAN and LAN infrastructure to ensure reliable connectivity across global locations.
- Oversee the configuration and management of TCP/IP networks, ensuring efficient data transmission and network reliability.
- Implement and maintain network security protocols, including firewalls, to protect the organization from cyber threats. Must have Cisco skills.
- Design and manage MPLS networks to support efficient and secure data communication between sites.
- Coordinate with IT and manufacturing teams to ensure VoIP systems are properly integrated and maintained for seamless communication.
- Hands-on Network Engineer along with team.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and improve service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience as a Network Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
- 3 years managing a global network engineering team.
- Global experience is a must.
- Must have a strong background in Cisco, CCIE is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, Cisco systems, and firewall management.
- Experience supporting a manufacturing company with multiple plant sites.
- Experience with MPLS and VoIP technologies is required.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team and drive network projects to completion.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
