Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution for heavy civil construction projects.
- Coordinate and manage project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure project compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, budgets, and timelines.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
- Conduct site visits to ensure project adherence to design and specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in heavy civil construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Certification in project management (PMP) is a plus.
