Position Overview

The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is vital in aligning HR strategy with business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and enhancing employee engagement through effective talent management and HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Implement performance management systems to enhance employee engagement and development.
• Facilitate training and development programs to upskill employees and enhance productivity.
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve workplace issues efficiently.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR functions in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
