Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Implement performance management systems to enhance employee engagement and development.
- Facilitate training and development programs to upskill employees and enhance productivity.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve workplace issues efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR functions in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with HR software and tools.

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
