Position Summary:
The Human Resources Manager provides full spectrum of functions such as support for employee relations, internal policies and procedures, benefits, training across multiple regions. This position must operate as an advocate for both employees and the Company consistent with Company policies, as well as external laws and regulations. The HR Manager works under limited supervision and must effectively utilize time to prioritize activities. The HR Manager serves as the culture carriers in our organization, driving consistency of Worldwide Golf brand expressed through people. The HR Manager has strong business acumen and consulting skills, an ability to balance analytics and intuition in decision-making, and a passion for growing talent.
Responsibilities Include:

Provide guidance and advice to leadership and employees in the interpretation of company policies, procedures, and programs

Maintains compliance with company, federal, state, and local regulations related to employment, compensation, safety, workers compensation and security.

Conduct investigations and consult with other teams, including Legal, Asset Protection, and Store Operations, as necessary

Analyze, diagnose and help implement proper solutions for complex employee relations issues, taking into consideration business needs, employment law and specific circumstances

Counsel management in preparation for employee terminations and participate in termination meetings as appropriate

Provides coaching to managers on effective employee management and development techniques

Stay current with changes in employment law and communicate changes to HR team members and company leaders
-
Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans as necessary

Ensure compliance with any legal or regulatory changes pertaining to labor, wage and hour, and employment laws, including manager communication and training.

Assist in the administration of leaves of absence and ADA accommodations
-
Manages the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, 401(k), and other voluntary benefits in Paycom as well as vendor sites as needed.

Facilitates benefits enrollment processes, presents benefit offerings in new employee orientations, and provides employees with guidance on benefits options and eligibility requirements.

Processes benefits-related changes, such as new hires, terminations, life events, and changes in coverage, ensuring timely and accurate updates in Paycom/HRIS and benefits systems.

Lead periodic and ad hoc audits, including but not limited to enrollment, dependent eligibility, and compliance.

ACA filing of forms 1094-C and 1095-C for all entities.

Generates reports within Paycom to support HR functions, including compensation, compliance, performance management and workforce analytics.

Plans and executes Paycom module development to optimize system capabilities such as Talent Acquisition, Position Management, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefit Administration and Training. Provides user or manager training where needed.
Qualifications Desired:

Bachelor’s Degree is required
-
5 years of professional HR experience is required (7 years of experience is preferred)

Hands-on experience with benefits, employee relations, and multi-state/federal employment laws is required.

Hands-on experience with a major HRIS program is required (Experience with Paycom is preferred, not required)
-
Ability to work a full-time schedule in the office, Monday-Friday ~8:30am-5:00pm is required.

Experience working in HR at a company with a high volume or hourly employees is preferred, but not required.

Experience managing/leading a small team of 2 HR employees is preferred, but not required.

Payroll and talent acquisition knowledge are both a plus, but not required.

HR Certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) are a plus, but not required.

The compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 per year. Individual starting pay within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
