Industrial CNC Machinist

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industrial CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components while ensuring precision and efficiency in the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines including lathes and boring mills.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Program CNC machines using G-Code and specific software for precise machining.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize machining processes.
• Maintain accurate records of production and quality metrics.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC machinist with proficiency in operating CNC lathes and boring mills.
• Familiarity with Mazatrol, Okuma, DMG, Mori, Fanuc, and Heidenhain control systems.
• Strong understanding of G-Code programming and CNC machining techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality in machining work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
