Position Overview
As an Industrial Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient planning and scheduling of maintenance activities within the facility. Your primary objective will be to minimize downtime and enhance the overall productivity of maintenance operations through effective utilization of resources and implementation of best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the maintenance schedule to ensure timely execution of planned maintenance activities.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to track work orders, asset performance, and maintenance history.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to prioritize tasks and ensure resource availability for scheduled work.
- Analyze maintenance data and KPIs to identify trends, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with project management teams to plan and execute maintenance projects effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS software and its application in maintenance management.
- Demonstrated ability in planning and project management, with a focus on optimizing maintenance schedules.
- Excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of maintenance KPIs and performance metrics.
