Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control processes for heavy civil and infrastructure projects.
- Conduct regular quality assessments and audits to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to identify quality-related issues and develop solutions.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain documentation related to quality processes, inspections, and audits.
- Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the heavy civil and infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of quality assessment methodologies and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in project management software and quality management tools.

Salary : $145,000 - $165,000
