Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance defense and civil litigation, and will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in court, and managing cases from inception to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court proceedings and legal negotiations.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Advise clients on legal rights and obligations in insurance defense and civil matters.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to build case strategies.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records of legal proceedings.
  
  

Qualifications

• Jurisdictional license to practice law as an Attorney.
• Bachelor's degree in law (J.D.) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance defense and civil litigation.
• Strong understanding of legal principles and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
