Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in various insurance coverage and defense matters. The position requires a thorough understanding of insurance coverage and bad faith claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court and at depositions
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations
- Negotiate settlements and manage case files
- Appear in court for motions and hearings
- Develop defense strategies for insurance claims
- Collaborate with clients and insurance adjusters
- Stay updated on changes in insurance law and regulations
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the NJ State Bar; bonus points for admission to NY and/or PA bars
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense or coverage
- Proven experience in civil litigation and court appearances
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- In-depth knowledge of insurance coverage and bad faith claims
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
