We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate will diagnose and resolve technical issues, assist users with troubleshooting, and ensure the smooth operation of IT services within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Maintain and update IT documentation and inventory.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts in Active Directory.
- Manage DNS and DHCP configurations as needed.
- Support systems maintenance and upgrades within the manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives.
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software installation and configuration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and applications.
- Understanding of network protocols and systems maintenance.
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP configurations.
