Position Overview
The Job Captain will play a crucial role in the design and execution of architectural projects, overseeing the development of design and technical documentation while ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as the Job Captain will collaborate with various teams and manage project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of architectural designs and documentation for commercial projects.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure designs meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Review and manage submittals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards.
- Utilize Revit for 3D modeling and documentation, producing high-quality drawings and presentations.
- Create renderings and visualizations using Revit & Lumion to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on commercial projects.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and submittals processes.
