Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Attorney specializing in Labor and Employment law to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice and representation to our clients on a variety of labor-related issues, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on labor law matters, including employment contracts and workplace policies
- Represent clients in negotiations and disputes related to employment contracts and labor relations
- Conduct legal research to support cases and provide informed legal opinions
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts and agreements
- Assist in compliance matters concerning labor laws and regulations
- Conduct workplace investigations and prepare reports on findings
- Participate in mediation and arbitration proceedings as necessary
- Provide guidance on collective bargaining processes and strategies
- Collaborate with human resources to address employment issues and disputes
- Stay updated on changes in labor and employment law to advise clients effectively
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor and employment law
- Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Ability to effectively negotiate and advocate for clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with litigation and dispute resolution is a plus
- Familiarity with workplace investigations and compliance issues

Salary : $125,000 - $220,000
