Job Title: Employment Defense Attorney ($160k-$225k/yr DOE)
Salary: $160k-$225k/yr DOE
Billable hours are 1900 for associates and 1850 for Partners.
Requirements: At least 3-5 years of experience in California Employment Litigation, Wage/Hour Class Action Experience is nice, PAGA Representative Action experience is nice, experience in proceedings before the labor commissioner, EEOC, and other gov. agencies, JD from ABA accredited Law School. Employment litigation experience.
We have nearly 50 yrs of experience in California and are looking to expand our labor and employment practice. We are looking for Employment Defense Attorneys to join our team. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on employment law matters to our clients, defending our clients in court, and representing them in litigation. You must be adept at trial and be able to develop strategies to defend our clients' interests.

- The ideal candidate will have excellent research and writing skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong communication and negotiation skills.
