- Coordinate land development activities from initial concept through to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding land development.
- Attend and participate in project meetings, providing updates and addressing issues as they arise.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with project plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land development, preferably in residential projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
