Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all phases of land development projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Liaise with local government and regulatory agencies to secure necessary permits and approvals.
- Review and approve project plans and documentation to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks throughout the development process.
- Promote and implement attainable housing initiatives within project scopes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development and project management.
- Strong knowledge of land development processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience working with communities, subdivisions, and Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs).
- Proven track record of managing residential development projects, particularly single-family homes.
