This role is crucial in maintaining organized records and facilitating seamless communication between stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process equipment lease applications and renewals
- Maintain accurate electronic filing systems for all leasing documents
- Ensure compliance with leasing regulations and company policies
- Assist in the preparation of lease agreements and modifications
- Utilize CRM tools, such as SalesForce, to track leasing activities and customer interactions
- Support the sales team with equipment leasing inquiries and documentation
- Provide administrative support to the leasing department as needed
- Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and internal departments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Paralegal Studies, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Leasing Administrator or similar role
- Familiarity with electronic filing systems and CRM software
- Strong knowledge of lease agreements and leasing processes
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce
- Competitive Base Salary ($55k - $80k DOE)

Salary : $55,000 - $80,000
