Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
- Draft and manage legal documents, including pleadings and discovery materials
- Conduct legal research and gather case-related information
- Organize and maintain case files and documentation
- Prepare and file litigation documents with the court
- Assist in the management of case calendars and deadlines
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts
- Support attorneys in trial preparation and strategy development
- Handle legal billing and invoicing for clients
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in litigation
- Strong knowledge of construction defect claims and bodily injury law
- Proficient in legal documentation, pleadings, and case management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with legal billing and insurance processes
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
