Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with borrowers, lenders, and title companies to schedule loan closings.
- Prepare closing disclosures and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Facilitate wire transfers for loan funding as per company policies.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the closing process.
- Maintain detailed records of each loan closing to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan closing or a related role.
- Strong understanding of loan documentation and closing procedures.
- Proficiency in wire transfer processes and funding protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
