Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Yakima, WA (GREAT relocation package)
Salary: $110,000-$140,000 10% bonus

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join us and continue to grow what we stand for! You will be a leader and provide mentorship to instrumentation technicians. You will work closing with the Director of Engineering, product development, and plant staff.
What You Will Be Doing
Tasked with overseeing the plant's maintenance activities and offering maintenance support. This role involves training employees, establishing and maintaining a preventative maintenance program, initiating and managing capital projects, developing and implementing safety-related programs, and mentoring supervisors and mechanics. The aim is to ensure departmental and operational safety and regulatory compliance.

What You Need For This Position
- 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Maintenance
- 1 year as a Maintenance Supervisor, Lead or Manager is highly preferred
- HACCP Certification, SQF Certification, Food Safety Programs training, and/or sanitary equipment design training are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred

- Annual Salary $110,000 - $140,000 bonus
- Great Relocation Package - lump sum up to 10k on top of covering moving expenses temporary housing.
