Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of aircraft maintenance technicians in performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on corporate jets.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with FAA regulations and company policies.
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize aircraft availability.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of aircraft to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety standards are met.
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff on best practices and new technologies related to aircraft maintenance.
- Collaborate with flight operations and other departments to understand aircraft usage and maintenance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed on each aircraft, including inspections, repairs, and parts used.
- Valid A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) license is required.
- Proven experience in an MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) environment.
- Previous supervisory experience in aircraft maintenance is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate jets, specifically models such as Falcon, Gulfstream, Citation, Challenger, Hawker, and HondaJet.
- Strong understanding of aviation safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
