As the Maintenance Supervisor you will be key to maintaining the smooth operation of our production machinery and equipment. Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, including machinery, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and electrical components.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, implementing repairs to restore equipment to optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they lead to equipment failures.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment-related problems and improve overall equipment reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment and machinery.
- 3 years maintenance experience and mechanical knowledge.
- Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role or similar position.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and repair issues.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices related to maintenance and equipment operation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management and practices.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 8 hour day shift - Monday to Friday
- On call occasionally
