Position Overview

As the Maintenance Supervisor you will be key to maintaining the smooth operation of our production machinery and equipment. You will oversee routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and implement repairs to reduce downtime and maximize operational efficiency. Given our 24/7 facility, your role will be essential in ensuring continuous production and minimizing disruptions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, including machinery, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and electrical components.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, implementing repairs to restore equipment to optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they lead to equipment failures.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment-related problems and improve overall equipment reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment and machinery.
  
  

Required Skills

• 3 years maintenance experience and mechanical knowledge.
• Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role or similar position.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and repair issues.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices related to maintenance and equipment operation.

Schedule

• 8 hour day shift - Monday to Friday
• On call occasionally
• Overtime
