Position Overview
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring the proper functioning of all mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. This role involves coordinating preventive maintenance and repair tasks, managing inventory, and ensuring safety compliance to optimize facility operations.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all facilities and equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Oversee HVAC maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
- Conduct quality control inspections of maintenance work and repairs.
- Coordinate and manage maintenance projects and upgrades.
- Train and mentor staff in maintenance procedures and safety practices.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience with HVAC systems and troubleshooting.
- Excellent inventory management skills.
- In-depth understanding of safety compliance regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- $80,000 - 90,000 /year
