What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Stonhard?
Essential Functions:
- Lead daily maintenance activities.
- Ensure CMMS is current and orderly.
- Follow up on work orders to ensure sufficient work is being performed by technicians
- Ensure facilities are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Troubleshoot and perform repairs to manufacturing and facility equipment as needed.
- Assign and schedule work as needed. Works with planning and production team to plan major repairs.
- Leads technical development of maintenance team.
- Collaborate with safety, production, engineering, and maintenance team to find and implement improvements to manufacturing and facility equipment.
- Maintain parts inventory to ensure critical spare parts are on hand. Ensures accuracy between CMMS and physical inventory.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 5-7 Years of Industrial Maintenance Experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Experience with CMMS Systems
Preferred Requirements:
- 5-7 years of Industrial Maintenance Experience
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Excellent interpersonal and delegation skills
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
