With a solid reputation for delivering exceptional results and a commitment to advocating for our clients' rights, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Personal Injury Attorney to lead our new Phoenix office.

Position Summary: This is a unique partner opportunity with the potential for shared equity in the firm. As the lead attorney in our Phoenix office, you will play a pivotal role in building and growing our practice in Arizona. We are looking for a driven individual with a proven track record of success in personal injury law who is eager to take on leadership responsibilities and contribute to the firm's long-term growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Phoenix office, providing strategic direction and oversight.
• Handle a diverse caseload of personal injury cases, from initial consultation through trial or settlement.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new clients and grow the firm's presence in Arizona.
• Collaborate with the firm's partners and staff to ensure consistency in client service and legal standards.
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Participate in firm-wide meetings, initiatives, and decision-making processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law, with a strong record of successful case outcomes.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and trial advocacy skills.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
