Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet engineering standards.
- Perform CNC programming and machine setups for new product introductions.
- Identify and implement manufacturing processes that enhance efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on project goals and timelines.
- Conduct risk identification and troubleshooting during the product launch phase.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Support quality assurance efforts by adhering to coating standards and mechanical component specifications.
- Utilize Master Cam and SolidWorks for design and production fixture development.
- Manage the supply chain aspects of new product launches to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Equivalent experience and/or certifications will be considered)
- 5 years exp in engineering, manufacturing, and CNC programming.
- MasterCAM
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance principles.
- Project Management
- Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/MRP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Lean Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing Certifications
- Product Development background or Process Engineering Experience
