Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct analysis of current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize production workflows.
- Utilize AutoCAD to create and modify layouts and designs for manufacturing equipment.
- Apply Lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Lead Lean Six Sigma projects aimed at process improvement and quality enhancement.
- Evaluate and implement new materials, particularly fibers, to improve product performance and reduce costs.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong focus on process improvement.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering design software.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with high modulus materials and their applications in manufacturing.
