This position requires a strong understanding of manufacturing principles and practices, as well as familiarity with ERP systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct analysis and problem-solving to improve product quality and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize production workflows.
- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and cost reductions.
- Perform Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analysis to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Lead Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to identify potential process risks and mitigation strategies.
- Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on manufacturing best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, DFM, and PFMEA methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
