Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Develop and implement process improvements for production operations.
- Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Oversee tooling and fixturing design to support production needs.
- Manage capital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Utilize CAD software and SolidWorks for layout and design of manufacturing systems.
- Support machining and fabrication processes to meet production requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production techniques.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks and other CAD software.
- Experience in tooling, fixturing, and capital project management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
