Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize manufacturing workflows.
- Utilize AutoCAD and CAD software to create and modify technical drawings and designs.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing defects.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and Kaizen strategies to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
- Train and support production staff on new processes and equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and CAD software.
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
