Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct analysis of manufacturing systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and increase quality.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development and production launches.
- Implement 5S principles to organize and maintain a safe work environment.
- Use AutoCAD and other CAD software to create and modify engineering drawings and layouts.
- Participate in value stream mapping sessions to identify bottlenecks and streamline processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software.
- Experience with value stream mapping and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
