The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, with RV, Marine, Automotive, Commercial Vehicle, and Equipment operations, and production process improvement experience. The candidate must have excellent design skills, be able to troubleshoot and make improvements to existing machines and industrial fabrication, and have the ability to program CNC machines and develop jigs and fixtures.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new products and processes to improve operations and efficiency. You will also be responsible for ensuring design accuracy and quality control of all products. You will create and maintain documentation related to design, fabrication, and installation of equipment, perform data analysis to identify improvement opportunities, and provide training and troubleshooting support for all operations.

- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (focus industrial, manufacturing, mechanical)
- 2 years of working experience as a Manufacturing Engineer
- CNC programming

- Experience working on floor machinery and jigs
- Mechanical design/ installation
- Data analysis
- CAD/ SolidWorks
- Troubleshooting
- Experience around metal working, fabrication, or powder coating machines/processes
