Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver sound, strategic legal advice in family, matrimonial, and fertility law matters
- Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, and settlement agreements
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare for complex litigation
- Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff to ensure superior service and results
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing exclusively in matrimonial
- In-depth knowledge of New York family and matrimonial law (Connecticut bar admission is a plus)
- Strong litigation, research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage complex files independently
- Commitment to providing high-touch, white-glove client service
- Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
