Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
- Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and enforce safety standards.
- Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field PREFERRED
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management working for a mechanical subcontractor.
- Proven experience with mechanical construction retrofits and renovations.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and construction methods.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
