Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a background in mechanical contracting to lead renovation and retrofit commercial construction projects from inception to completion. Projects will include healthcare, education, mission critical, and more. PM's in the special projects group should be accustomed to managing a higher volume of smaller projects concurrently. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and enforce safety standards.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field PREFERRED
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management working for a mechanical subcontractor.
• Proven experience with mechanical construction retrofits and renovations.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and construction methods.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
