Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and develop metallurgical processes for manufacturing.
- Conduct experiments and tests to improve material properties.
- Evaluate the performance of refractory materials in various applications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and optimize production techniques.
- Provide technical support and expertise in solving metallurgical issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Metallurgist in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of refractory materials and their applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be willing to work 80% on plant floor while wearing PPE

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
