Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and assess risk.
- Lead environmental compliance efforts, including waste management and pollution prevention initiatives.
- Provide safety training and environmental training to employees to enhance their understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to promote health and safety leadership and initiatives across all levels of the organization.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, ensuring thorough documentation and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain records and reports related to EHS activities, inspections, training, and compliance violations.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in EHS/HSE management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management practices.
- Experience with environmental compliance and related training programs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence and engage employees at all levels.
- Certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) are a plus.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
