Title: NetSuite Administrator (Oracle) - Wide Format Digital Print Manufacturer
Location: Huntersville, NC (North Charlotte) - Onsite Position
Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 Bonus
Founded in 2001 we are a 350 employee designer, producer & wholesaler of wide format digital print products for a variety of retailers across the US. We are a visual communications company with the largest selection of solutions for trade shows, exhibits, retail environments, business meetings etc in the marketspace today. We have acquired a few new businesses since covid and are private equity owned with very strong financial backing as we continue to gain market share in the space. For our facility in Huntersville we are targeting to hire a NetSuite Administrator for our Oracle NetSuite development who can provide hands-on expertise and lead solutions design, analysis, administration & delivery.

What You Will Be Doing
- Review, analyze, debug & modify elements of our ERP for better usability
- Provide ERP functional, configuration & development knowledge for Finance, Sales, Inventory Management & MRP functions
- Assist business w/ validating results through testing incl: integration & user acceptance testing
- Develop & maintain technical, functional & process documentation
- Troubleshoot & resolve level 1 & 2 support via IT help-desk system
- Work w/ end users to provide practices & tips on ERP usage incl: training
- Perform regular test & production environment refreshes as needed
- Generate reports that support better decision-making cross-functionally
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology or closely related field
- 3 years' experience as a functional consultant for Oracle's NetSuite
- 2 years of Oracle's NetSuite development experience
- Demonstrated full-life cycle ERP experience (Oracle NetSuite)
- Ability to be onsite daily to help w/ data integration, change management & data governance
