Position Overview
The NFP Audit Manager will oversee and manage audit engagements for not-for-profit organizations. This role aims to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, maintain the integrity of financial reporting, and provide strategic insights to clients in the NFP sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion for not-for-profit clients.
- Review audit work papers and ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and guidance on accounting and auditing issues.
- Identify areas for improvement in internal controls and recommend solutions to clients.
- Prepare and present audit findings and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior audit staff, ensuring professional development and adherence to quality standards.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably with a focus on not-for-profit organizations.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective client relationships.

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
