Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day operations in the manufacturing facility.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet customer demands.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all operational processes.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing training and support as needed.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Bachelors degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing management and operations management, preferably in the metals or aerospace sectors.
- Strong understanding of various Industrial manufacturing processes and operations.
- Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) regulations and industrial standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
