Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all operations within the chemical manufacturing facility.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and safety.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance planning to ensure equipment reliability.
- Manage budget preparation and cost control to optimize resource utilization.
- Coordinate with external support for commissioning and technical guidance.
- Lead recruitment, training, and staff development initiatives to build a high-performing team.
- Facilitate communication among teams to ensure alignment with company goals and policies.
- Prepare monthly reports on operational performance and environmental reporting.
- Act as a point of contact for regulatory compliance and emergency decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Chemistry, etc.)
- Proven supervisory experience in chemical manufacturing or related industry.
- Knowledge of NERC standards and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with commissioning, diagnostics, and installation processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- Ability to travel as required for site visits and inspections.
- State licensing in relevant operational areas preferred.
- Physical abilities to manage operational tasks and emergency situations.
