Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules to optimize workflow and meet sales forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and troubleshoot any operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Lead quality control initiatives to ensure that all products meet established standards and specifications.
- Identify and implement process improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency.
- Coordinate logistics and inventory management to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Monitor and analyze profit and loss statements to drive financial performance and cost management.
- Foster positive labor relations and manage workforce issues effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing supervision within the chemical industry.
- Strong understanding of safety compliance regulations and quality control processes.
- Proven experience in scheduling, equipment maintenance, and logistics coordination.
- Demonstrated skills in process improvement and inventory management.
- Ability to analyze financial statements and manage profit and loss.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
