Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Implement process optimization strategies to improve production efficiency.
- Manage production planning activities to meet customer demands and timelines.
- Lead and mentor production staff to foster a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure product specifications are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovations.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize production and reduce waste.
- Lead project management initiatives for process enhancement and equipment upgrades.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a chemical manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of process optimization and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proven experience in safety compliance and regulatory standards within the industry.
- Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with quality control methodologies and practices.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing conditions.
- Experience with inventory management and continuous improvement initiatives.
